A delegation from the Andijan State Pedagogical Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited Osh State University to strengthen scientific, literary, and cultural ties of the Center for “Uzbek Language and Culture” at the Faculty of Kyrgyz Philology and Journalism.

Dean of the Faculty of Philology of the Andijan State Pedagogical Institute PhD, Professor Sharobiddin Khasanov, PhD, Professor Mashraboy Khalimova, PhD, Associate Professor Mahbuba Temirova, PhD, Associate Professor Yairakhon Umarova made a great impression on the students with their interesting and informative lectures and practical courses.

Besides, a round table was organized, where interfaculty agreements on the development of the Kyrgyz and Uzbek language, literature, culture and cooperation were signed.

Dean of the Faculty of Kyrgyz Philology and Journalism of Osh State University Nurmamat Turganbaev introduced students of the Andijan State Pedagogical Institute to the Center for Uzbek Language and Culture.

Vice-Rector for External Relations of Osh State University Kursantbek Attokurov presented certificates for meaningful and scientifically based lectures by professors of the Andijan State Pedagogical Institute.
