Our main principles are:

• development of Osh State University relations with international scientific and educational structures;
• formation of dialogue platforms with educational institutions of the far and near abroad.

The main goals and objectives are:

• implementation of relations of Osh State University with higher educational institutions of foreign countries, with organizations and centers conducting scientific and educational activities;
• interaction with foreign educational, research and cultural centers, foundations, institutions, as well as individual representatives of education, science and culture of foreign countries to improve the educational process, scientific and innovative activities and cultural life of Osh State University;
• introduction and dissemination of foreign and domestic best practices in the field of organization of science and education.

Our main activities are:

• participation in determining the prospects for the development of international relations of Osh State University;
• preparation of IRO reports on international relations issues;
• providing the Academic Council of the university, the rector, the Vice-rector for RiMS with the necessary documents, materials, and information related to international relations;
• preparation for signing agreements, contracts and other documents on joint activities with foreign partners;
• analysis of the effectiveness and monitoring of the implementation of agreements in the field of international interuniversity cooperation of Osh State University;
• making proposals concerning the establishment of conditions for cooperation; preparing materials of a review and analytical nature on the development of international interuniversity cooperation of Osh State University for consideration by the management and at meetings of the Academic Council in areas within the competence of the LCA and drafting relevant decisions and recommendations;
• participation in the creation and maintenance of a database on the international activities of the Osh State University teaching staff;
• familiarization with foreign correspondence and bringing its contents to the attention of the rector, deans of faculties, heads of departments and other interested persons;
• implementation of correspondent communication with foreign countries and formation of favorable conditions for participation in integration scientific and educational processes;
• consulting support for the activities of faculties and departments in the development of international projects;
• providing advice on attracting teaching staff and students to participate in international educational programs;
• organization of international scientific conferences;
• informing and promoting the achievements of scientific work of teaching staff and students at the international level;
• meeting and accompanying foreign partners, coordinating their work with faculties;
• explanation to foreign citizens of the current legislation in the field of education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the internal regulations of the organization of education;
• organization and coordination of external academic mobility in accordance with the regulations on Academic Mobility of Osh State University.
