Advancing University Education in Biomedical Engineering and Health Management in Kyrgyzstan(KyrMEDU) (finished)

                                                    University of Applied Sciences Zwickau

          Within the framework of the project (Erasmus+) " Advancing University Education in Biomedical Engineering and Health Management in Kyrgyzstan" on the basis of the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technologies of Osh State University, was opened the new specialty : "Medical Informatics and bioengineering in health care"; on the basis of the Faculty of Business and Management, was opened new specialty of the master′s program: "Management in Health care ", also were opened 2 laboratories at the Faculty of BaM and MIT, for which was purchased equipment for the amount of 12 thousand euro. 8 teaching staff of Osh State University went to Germany to improve their skills. In 2019, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs went to a meeting of the rectors of the universities of the consortium of this project. In 2020, the KyrMEDU project was officially closed.

Paving the way to interregional mobility and ensuring relevance, quality and equity of access (PAWER)(завершен)

           Within the framework of the project (Erasmus+) "Paving the way to interregional mobility and ensuring relevance, quality and equity of access" was signed agreement about academic mobility with West-Bohemian University and it was agreed to implement the mobility of students and teachers on a parity basis annually. Was signed an agreement on academic mobility and on the development and implementation of a double degree program ( master′s degree) in the direction of "Eurasian Integration" with Tomsk State University. On June 10, 2018, Osh State University signed a memorandum with the Andijan Agricultural Institute on the organization of academic mobility, was also considered the possibility of establishing an Association of Universities in the Ferghana Valley. In January 2018-35 students. in February - 25 students took part in the winter schools organized by Kazakh National Agrarian University. In 2019 was signed an agreement with the Kyrgyz National University, and was signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with all partners of this project. 38 employees of OshSU received a certificate from Middlesex University.

Environmental Protection in Central Asia (EPCA): Disaster Risk Management with Spatial Methods

            Within the framework of the project(Erasmus+) " Environmental Protection in Central Asia : Disaster Risk Management with Spatial Methods" on the basis of the Faculty of Geography and Natural Sciences, subject was introduced a new for the specialty Applied Geodesy - "Geoinformation systems and technologies and remote sensing for disaster risk management". 6 teaching staff members have completed an internship at Lund University (Sweden).In 2019 equipment worth 64 thousand euros were provided for running new Training Center. The training center is scheduled to open in 2020-2021.

Strengthening Network Education, Research and Innovation in Environmental Health in Asia

                                        University of Milan(to be finished in the spring 2021)

        Within the framework of the project (Erasmus+) "Strengthening Network Education, Research and Innovation in Environmental Health in Asia" was opened specialty "Public Health" of the Master′s program at the Faculty of Medicine and the International Medical Faculty of Osh State University. Intensive English courses were held for students of the Faculty of Medicine and the International Medical Faculty. Faculty members also participated in 3 summer schools in Germany, Italy and Estonia. Equipment was purchased in the amount of 20 thousand Euros. In 2019 were held several seminars and international days of the Erasmus+program. Also, for the first time in Kyrgyzstan, the Master′s degree program in Public Health has been independently accredited.
