Osh Declaration оn May 21, 2016, the rectors of seven state higher
educational institutions of seven regions of Kyrgyzstan signed the “Osh
Declaration”at Osh State University. Osh State University, Issyk-Kul State
University named after K. V. YushchenkoTynystanov, Talas State University,
Naryn State University named after S. Naamatov, Jalal-Abad State
University, Batken State University, Osh Humanitarian and Pedagogical
Institute named after A. Myrsabekov. The purpose of this declaration is:-
activation of inter-university mobility and strengthening of
intra-university academic exchange; development of the exchange of
pedagogical experience between universities; organization of guest
lectures, open classes of well-known scientists and professors, associate
professors; joint implementation of major international projects; provision
of internships for teaching staff; joint research work; scientific and
practical conferences, symposiums, online, telelections, video tutorials,
etc. conducting events at the state and university levels.
The Osh Declaration is working fruitfully at Osh State University. To date,
about 50 students are sent to KSMU, JSU, NSU, about 100 students come to
us from TalSU, NMU, KSMU, Batsu, JSU, OHPI. Sending and receiving
students is carried out by the international relations departments of the
universities.
The following documents are from incoming students:
1) a tripartite agreement.
2) Training agreement.
The following documents will be required from the students who will be
sent:

3) letter of guarantee.
4) The questionnaire.
5) a copy of the passport.
The host institution provides students with dormitories and creates full
conditions for systematic learning. And the contract fees are paid by
students at their institution, they receive a free education at the host
university, and the subjects they study and the session grades they receive
are recognized at their institution. Students are enrolled twice a year:
for the spring semester - in December, for the fall semester-in May.
