international educational program in Asia, a network of universities. It
includes Kyrgyzstan, China, Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, as
well as Iran, India, Mongolia, and Pakistan as observer countries. Within
the framework of the SCO universities, highly qualified personnel are
trained in cultural, scientific, educational and economic cooperation in
five areas: regional studies, ecology, energy, IT-technologies,

With the help of this program, Osh State University
sends undergraduates to educational institutions of the above countries for
academic exchange for a period of 1 semester to 1 year. For example; our
undergraduates from Russia, Lomonosov Russian University, South Ural State
University, Novosibirsk State Technical University, Belgorod State National
Research University, etc. (total-21), Al-Farabi National University in
Kazakhstan, Almaty University of Innovative Technologies, South Kazakhstan
State University.Auezova.B. (total-14), Peking University, Xinjiang Normal
University, Tsinghua University, Xinjiang University, etc. (total-20), and
also has the opportunity to attend several educational institutions in
Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Registration of applicants and replacement of grant places is held
annually in March-April in the Department of International Relations. It
should be recalled that the host organization provides scholarships and
places in dormitories for undergraduates studying within the SCO framework
free of charge.
