III Friendship Festival was held at the OGPI in the framework of the Osh Declaration

The 3rd Friendship Festival was held under the title "Students for an educated, united Kyrgyzstan" within the Osh Declaration in the Osh humanitarian-pedagogical institute. More than 20 representatives from each university took part in the event. The festival of friendship was opened by the rector of the OGPI Zuluyev Bekmurza Bekbolotovich, who thanked the rectors and students from seven universities, seven regions of the country for their visit. The Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic KG Kozhobekov, the Vice Mayor of Osh Shakir Mulashevich also spoke in welcoming speeches. They noted the importance of this festival and academic mobility, first of all in the country, among the domestic universities.
It was the turn of the rectors of the Issyk-Kul, Batken, Jalal-Abad, Naryn, Talas, Osh state universities: Abdildaev Kurmanbek Kiyanovich, Ubenov Aibek Sheripbekovich, Omiralieva Damira Kemelovna, Zulpuev Abduvap Momunovich, Usenov Keneshbek Zhumabekovich. Rectors shared their impressions about the current academic mobility program, positive feedback from students on the exchange program, guest lectures and about online lectures.
Osh Declaration began its activities 2 years ago on the initiative of our rector Kanybek Abduvasitovich. The rector presented the "Three-year work of the Osh Declaration": the purpose of this program, academic mobility between teachers and students, events organized within the framework of this program for 3 years, as well as plans for the future, prospects, presented the logo of the declaration and presented the organizers with its memorable gift.
After the end of the official part, the festival continued with a concert program from students from seven universities to different genres: folklore, choreography, poetry, sketch, pop songs, videos, etc. The event was also prepared by our department, which issued a book "Three-year work of the Osh Declaration". All the guests received this publication and learned about the activities of the large-scale program aimed at strengthening friendly relations and uniting universities from seven regions of our country.
The next IV Friendship Festival will be held in Talas State University. The rector of the TalSU A.Sh. Upenov invited all visitors.
