You are the pride of our university. You are an outstanding person. You have made a significant contribution to the development of the university, you spare no effort, which in turn means that you have a finger in the pie in the development of our state. Looking at how Osh State University thrives, I would like to hope that under your leadership, together with the whole team, and colleagues, all together we can achieve even more outstanding successes and victories.
