Today in Osh State University, representatives of the Institute for Youth Development Fund Baghlan and Amangeldi held a press conference on the Shaarkan project, funded by the Soros Foundation Kyrgyzstan. Specialists spoke about foundations, international organizations that provide small grants for projects, as well as the mechanisms for submitting applications for their completion.
