Video conference with USMU

  On February 13 this year, a videoconference was held with the Ural State Medical University, which was attended by Abduvaliev Abdygany, Director of the Department of International Relations; Arapbaev Ruslanbek, Director of the Training and Information Department; Ismailov Alimbek, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; Shatmanov Suyunaly, Head of the Department of Histology and Pathanatomy; Abdyraeva Baktygul, assistant professor of epidemiology, microbiology with a course of infectious diseases; Mametova Meerim, Leading Specialist, Department of International Relations.

  From the USMU there were: Tatyana Borodulina, vice-rector for educational activities; Mikhail Flyagin, Vice-Rector for Prospective Development and International Activities; Shkinder Natalya, Head of Educational Management; Chechikhin Daniil, Head of the Department of International Education and Cooperation.

 Vice-rector for educational activities Borodulina T.V. gave brief information about the Ural State Medical University: the university has about 5 thousand students, interns, residents, graduate students and students studying in 80 departments of ten faculties and departments, 40 clinical bases in the best hospitals, medical research institutes, bodies and institutions of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection, pharmacies in the city and region in our own dental clinic, equipped with the most high-tech equipment. And also this year USMU celebrates its 90th anniversary.

   Director for International Relations Abduvaliev A.O. He thanked the Ural State Medical University for enhancing co operation, also spoke about Osh State University and announced the points of contact between leading universities in Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

  At the videoconference parties discussed various issues of cooperation, including professional development, working visits, training of teaching staff and researchers; development of joint educational programs, double degree programs; assistance in training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel; assistance in publishing scientific works of employees in their scientific collections; mutual review of scientific works of students and faculty; participation of students in summer schools, camps, as well as practical training of medical students in the Ural.

   The parties exchanged their experiences in working with foreign partner universities, and the video conference was accompanied by questions and answers.

   After the first fruitful interaction, where important issues were discussed, but there were questions that should be discussed and interpreted. In this regard, the parties agreed to hold the next videoconference on February 27 of this year.
