On May 1, 2020, the Department of International Relations of Osh State University organized an online videoconference "new horizons of cooperation between partner universities: advantages and problems of internal mobility".

Representatives of 25 educational institutions of the republic took part in it: rectors, vice-rectors, directors of departments, deans, heads of international relations departments, chief specialists, etc. About 80 employees took part and shared their thoughts. The moderator of the meeting, Abdygany Osmonovich, presented the report "academic mobility: problems and proposals for their solution" prepared on the example of Osh State University, in which he elaborated on the problems of mobility and proposals for their solution.

The problem of academic mobility, one of the urgent requirements of our time, has caused a heated discussion among representatives of educational institutions. In particular, the parties supported the idea of creating an Association of Departments and Departments of International Relations of domestic educational institutions in the near future and the need to finalize a single interuniversity provision of academic mobility together with representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science. Due to the fact that there are many issues related to the educational process during academic mobility, representatives of university structures in charge of educational work were also involved in this event.

At the end of the meeting, the following resolution was adopted, prepared by the organizers, supplemented with additional proposals:

1. Recommend to create an association of departments (departments) of international relations of educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, develop its position and discuss it online. In the future, consider creating your own website of the Association, the foundation of a scientific journal.

2. Establish the need to develop an interuniversity provision for academic mobility.

3. Consider the development of mechanisms for remote (electronic, online, virtual) forms of academic mobility.

4. Recommend organizing regular videoconferences, seminars, master classes among educational institutions on the organization of academic mobility.

5. Separate pages on academic mobility should be opened on the websites of each educational institution and information should be published in a timely manner.

6. Establish that the measures for enrolling students for academic mobility must be completed before the beginning of the semester.

7. Let students and teachers who have passed academic mobility make presentations in their educational institutions and take on the work of promoting academic mobility among the public.

8. Ask the relevant structures of educational institutions to recognize credits collected by students in educational institutions that have passed mobility in subjects that are not in the curriculum as components of the university or elective courses.

9. Recommend teaching the developed subjects using distance learning technologies, taking modules and exams.

10. The attention of educational institutions accepting students for mobility should be directed to creating maximum conditions for them (proper organization of the educational process, provision of dormitories, access to electronic resources, libraries, participation in cultural and sports events, health care, etc).

11. In order to improve the language competence of students, recommend the teaching of foreign languages as university components and optional courses at their request.

The participants of the Online conference noted that todays event was a very interesting, relevant and useful event dedicated to the timely resolution of the most pressing issues in educational institutions, and expressed deep gratitude to Osh State University.
