The delegation of the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev: Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Svetlana Ilyina, Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Work Olga Lukicheva, Head of the Department of Scientific and Innovative Work Alexander Kirillov visited Osh State University on a working visit and were at a reception with Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov.

The Department of International Relations has planned several events for the arrival of Russian colleagues. At the beginning of the meeting, the leaders signed an agreement on the organization of academic mobility between students, teachers and staff of the two universities.

Vice-Rector Svetlana Viktorovna noted that she sees great prospects and high potential in the cooperation of educational institutions, similarities and related areas in their education, that some positive work has been done to date, and also conveyed warm greetings from the Rector of ChSPU Vladimir Nikolaevich and expressed deep gratitude to Rector Kudaiberdi Gaparalievich for such a warm welcome.

Further, with the participation of deans, heads of departments and program managers, issues on the creation of joint educational programs in the areas of “English and German”, “Chemistry and Biology”, “Applied Informatics”, “Primary Education” were discussed. This major project is planned to be completed by the end of this year and to accept students in the new academic year. The possibility of sending specialists working in this field to the Chuvash State Pedagogical University was also considered.

Russian as a Foreign Language: a variety of Speech styles, "learning to read and understand Russian literature," organized by the CHSPU, and certificates to teachers who have completed advanced training courses "theoretical and practical aspects of teaching Russian as a foreign language" lasting 36 hours, were officially awarded by Svetlana Viktorovna to 100 students who successfully completed online courses "Russian as a foreign language: a variety of speech styles", "learning to read and understand Russian literature", organized by the CHSPU and certificates to teachers who completed advanced training courses "theoretical and practical aspects of teaching Russian as a foreign language". Also to the head of the Academic mobility Department S.M. Amiraliev, for his contribution to the development of cooperation between the two universities, was presented with a letter of thanks on behalf of ChSPU.
