Andrew Kachins noted that it was a great honor for him to visit Osh State University for the first time, to cross the threshold of a prestigious university - the flagship of Kyrgyz universities, and expressed deep gratitude to the rector for the warm welcome.

Kudaiberdi Gaparalievich noted that during his work at the Ministry of Education and Science, he repeatedly visited the educational institution headed by his colleague, and every year the cooperation between AUCA and OshSU reaches a new level. He noted that at present, students entering Osh State University have the opportunity to study academic mobility in metropolitan and regional educational institutions and called on this educational institution to become a member of the "Osh Declaration". In addition, after familiarizing a colleague with a presentation about the university and the museum, he focused on fruitful work in the field of automation and digitization. The rectors proposal to increase the number of students participating in academic mobility and to allocate a bridge for establishing links between American educational institutions and Osh State University, Mr. Andrew promised to sincerely accept and support. The parties also discussed participation in joint international projects based on the Erasmus+ program, the organization of an exchange of experience between teachers, work within the Soros Foundation, etc. about the intention to cooperate in the following areas.
