On the territory of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Republic of Karelia and Kyrgyzstan "Great Victory. As part of the cultural and educational forum "Routes of Memory", a delegation of Petrozavodsk State University consisting of 9 people arrived at Osh State University. Among them is the First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Karelia Sergey Solovyov. The visit is aimed at preserving historical monuments of the Great Patriotic War, strengthening professional dialogue and effective development of international humanitarian cooperation.

    Rector Kudaiberdi Kozhobekov received Russian guests and shared the latest news about the university.The independent accreditation of the IAAR recognized Osh State University as one of the 10 best universities in Eurasia and one of the 5 best universities in Central Asia. He also noted that there are close ties with PetrSU, OshSU is ready to support and cooperate with all initiatives of partners, and also intends to continue working on the creation of joint educational programs.

    In turn, the delegation thanked the leadership for the warm welcome and informed that the forum will host training seminars for teachers of Russian philology, Oriental studies and history, guest lectures for students and a concert program. In addition, they briefly talked about Petrozavodsk State University, the possibility of exchanges between teachers and students, the joint publication of articles in the journals Web of Science, Scopus, the implementation of international projects based on a grant from the Presidential Foundation.
