In order to establish mutually beneficial cooperation between Yulin University and Osh State University, a video conference was organized on the initiative of the College of International Educational Programs. - joint publication of articles and appointment of scientific supervisors;

- organization of conferences, seminars, guest lectures and summer schools.

During the meeting, Director Abdygany Osmonovich made a speech in which he expressed interest in establishing cooperation with Yulin University and developing new areas of partnership. The head of the vocational school Aida Kaparovna expressed confidence that the created cooperation will be fruitful, and noted the importance of organizing academic mobility among teachers and students of the college, the implementation of joint educational programs. The head of the department Semetey Manasovich is the moderator of Osh State University, its educational process, areas of education, material base, international relations, etc. about the draft law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Local self-government". At the same time, the deputy director of the Department of International Cooperation Du Peng Ju Yulin showed a video showing an industrial city and introduced the university through a presentation.

At the next meeting of the partners, the rectors of the two universities will sign a memorandum.

Yulin University was founded in 1958 and currently has 15 faculties. Here are linguistics, management, art, law. engineering, agronomy, etc. In 45 directions, 911 teachers teach 13,619 students from England, Russia, Korea, China, etc. with European educational institutions“2+2”, “2+1+1” He has been working on joint educational programs for 17 years.
