Today, on May 26, 2022, Miranda Lupion, counsellorr to the Ambassador for Culture and Education of the Embassy of the United States of America in the Kyrgyz Republic, visited Osh State University. She explained that the purpose of the visit was to thank Osh State University for the warm welcome and assistance in obtaining a visa and other issues of the professor and volunteers from the USA Embassy for English language fellow programs, as well as discussing prospects for establishing and developing cooperation, implementing joint projects.

    She was received by the director of the Department of International Relations of OshSU Abduvaliev Abdygany Osmonovich, who told about the university and its international relations that OshSU is interested in concluding bilateral cooperation agreements with American universities, he also added that at the moment OshSU signed a memorandum of cooperation with the University of Missouri on January 13 this year.

    At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to work on intensifying cooperation in the field of education.
