A delegation of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute headed by the head of the Department of training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel arrived in Osh State University Sirajddin Ergashov. The delegation included the head of the Department of International Relations of FerPI – Nodirbek Ismoilov, deans of faculties and heads of departments. They were received by the rector of Osh State University, Professor K.G. Kozhobekov, and they also met with the deans and heads of structures. The Rector of OshSU noted that the university has external relations, a place in the rankings and is among the 5 universities with a special status and has full autonomy.

    During the meeting, the Parties discussed issues and long-term plans for further development of cooperation in the field of academic mobility of teachers and students, conducting joint research work, publishing joint scientific articles and providing mutual assistance in participating in international rankings. At the same time, it was noted about the development of bilateral cooperation in the training of highly qualified personnel of international level. Both sides exchanged proposals and initiatives.

    Earlier, 10 OshSU students took part in the summer school as part of academic mobility. Also, from November 1, 15 students will go to the Fergana University for academic mobility study.
