A video conference was held today between Osh State University and Narxoz University (Kazakhstan). Director of the Department of International Relations of OshSU Abduvaliev A.O., Head of the Department of Economic Geography, Industry Economics and Tourism Samiev K.T., specialist of the Department of International Relations Murzaeva N.M. participated. From the University of Narxoz, international relations specialist Kalugina E., head of the Scientific and Educational Department "Tourism" Abenova E.A.and others took part.

    At the meeting, the parties discussed a dual program in order to form students relevant professional competencies based on the requirements of professional standards and practices in the best chain hotels embodying world standards of service (Rixos, Ritz Carlton), as well as the transfer of loans in the amount of the Minor program, obtaining experience and an additional certificate to the diploma.

    Ms. Abenova noted that the advantages of these internships, which pay for housing, 3 meals a day, also provide pocket expenses in the amount of 14 thousand soms. Starting next year, our students can also go on an internship, study and exchange experiences. To do this, it is desirable to have knowledge of English at the B1 level.

    At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to work on enhancing cooperation in the field of education and academic mobility for students.
