Oleg Leonidovich Kireev, Director of the Project Management Center for Consortia of Russian Education Abroad, Baltic State Technical University VOENMEH, visited Osh State University on a working visit. He was met by Director of the Department of International Relations Abdygany Osmonovich Abduvaliev, Dean of the Faculty of World Languages and Cultures Rakhat Zhumabayevna Sagyndykova, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Technology Altynbek Zhalilovich Kuduev and Head of the Department “Business Informatics and Mathematics in Economics” Bekeshov Turdumamat Orozmatovich. During the meeting, they discussed the implementation of a joint educational program in three areas “Software Engineering”, “Business Informatics” and “Linguistics". Students will study for 2 years at Osh State University and 2 years at the Baltic State Technical University “VOENMEH” named after D.F. Ustinov. The recruitment of students will be carried out for budget places through Rossotrudnichestvo. After successful graduation, students will receive diplomas from two universities. The parties agreed to work on enhancing cooperation in the field of education and academic mobility of students.
Oleg Leonidovich held a meeting with students and answered all the questions of interest. He also noted that it is desirable to apply for academic mobility after the first year. The Baltic State Technical University “VOENMEH” named after D.F. Ustinov is ready to provide places in the dormitory.
