Radik Zinatovich Yulbaev, Head of the Department of International Relations of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla (BSPU named after M.Akmulla), visited Osh State University (OshSU). He was received by the rector of Osh State University, Professor Kozhobekov Kudaiberdi Gaparalievich. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Department of International Relations Abduvaliev Abdygany Osmonovich.

   The parties discussed the upcoming visit of the rector of the Akmulla BSPU, Professor Salavat Talgatovich Sagitov, which is scheduled for December 22, 2022.

    R.Z. Yulbayev met with students and teachers of Osh State University, presented a presentation about his university. He offered students to study under the academic mobility program at the BSPU named after M. Akmulla, and teachers to participate in conferences, forums, etc. He also noted that Osh State University graduates can apply for budget masters degree places at the Akmulla BSPU.
